Best Western Plus Lake Dallas Inn & Suites

I stayed at the Best Western Plus Lake Dallas Inn & Suites for business in north Dallas last month. The hotel is very clean and the amenities are great. The Nespresso machine that was available 24-7 was a MAJOR plus. The property is situated just off of I-35E, so it is theoretically easy to get to most locations in Dallas. However, this is largely dependent on traffic. The hotel is about halfway between DFW and Denton, so you are not really close to anything.

Everything from Check in to Check out was easy and service was welcoming Room comfort and comfort and cleanliness was great. Breakfast included in the rate was warm, fresh, and fulfilling. What made a real Difference: I prefer black tea. There were plenty of high-quality herbal and other teas avaliable. I politely suggested to Dawn , the duty manager if they could consider adding black tea to available choices. She listened with empathy and Lo and Behold at the last Breakfast of our stay, ample quantity of black tea was available. This is called empathy , this is called true customer care. Breakfast was great. The hotel was clean. Staff were always polite in my brief interactions with them.

The manager Dawn Riccio and her staff were fabulous! I haven't experienced a stay like that since before COVID. It was a clean, comfortable, pleasant stay. I'd highly recommend staying here. It is 4 minutes from Glory of Zion Global Spheres Center (use the GZI shuttle). And fresh coffee was available 24/7! Breakfasts included eggs, meat, potates, and waffles. Zero complaints!

Staff was extremely accommodating. From check in to check out. Great stay on our ride south. Easy to find, convenient, clean and very hospitable. Breakfast was nice and biscuits were fresh and tender with delicious gravy.
